Licensing agreement: Video Factory can be used royalty free for multimedia presentations. You may not broadcast any selection in whole or in part on TV, cable or satellite or internet. This requires special licensing. YOU MAY NOT: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or derive source code from the CD-ROM Product; (b) rent, transfer, distribute or grant any rights in the CD-ROM Product in any form to any person, except as expressly provided in this Agreement; (c) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the CD-ROM Product; or (d) use, copy, modify, or transfer any part of this CD-ROM Product except as expressly provided in this license; (e) re-create any video or photo or software selection contained in Video Factory in whole or in part to use in any other media such as CD-ROMS, audio CD's, cassette tapes, video, film and/or as part of any software product. This license agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the end user, and Creative Data, Inc. ("CDI"), and its licensors. By opening the sealed package containing the CD-ROM/CD audio product, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, you may return the CD-ROM product to your retailer within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid.
